Yes, only if the submission is accepted for publication: The Article Processing Charge (APC) is $850.00 USD and $1050.00 USD for Special Reports, which are typically lengthier, and $450.00 USD for students currently enrolled at an academic institution.
There is NO CHARGE for BLOG submissions.
Authors who may not be able to afford paying the APC may apply for a waiver only AFTER the submission is accepted. It is based solely on the MERITS of the paper.
